Peter Parker

Thomas has been wildly into superheroes lately, especially Spider Man.  He slept in his Spider Man pajamas the other night and woke up shooting webs.  Mid-morning I told him he really needed to get dressed.  He bounced (yes, bounced--that child never walks.  He bounces or skulks, depending on his mood at the time) down the hall and shouted over his shoulder as he went,

"I'll be right back, Henny!  I just need to change into Peter Parker!"

I'm no comic book fanatic, but it does my heart good to think that my two-year-old knows his superheroes and villains, and their secret identities...

Peter Parker and Spidey.  No, those aren't gang signs.  He's shooting webs.
