Heaven's Light
The boys and I were talking about Heaven earlier today and some of the things we're looking forward to there.
Me: Boys, did you know that it's never dark in Heaven? God shines like the sun, so it's never dark there.
Thomas: But if He turns Himself off, then it would be dark.
Me: Maybe, but He never turns Himself off.
Thomas (after thinking for a few minutes): Well, then, we should maybe come back to Marion for bedtime.
Me: Boys, did you know that it's never dark in Heaven? God shines like the sun, so it's never dark there.
Thomas: But if He turns Himself off, then it would be dark.
