Colorful Cognition

Thomas learned his colors literally overnight.  Last night.  I will never understand the human brain, and in particular, the two-year-old brain.  For weeks, every color has been "blue."  Just yesterday it was anyone's guess (if he named a color other than blue) as to what he would say--but it definitely would not be the actual color.  But this morning from the time he woke up, his record is perfect:  he names every color like he's been doing it for months!  Amazing...  I'll miss the blue obsession, but I'm fascinated by the things these boys discover!
