Pirate-y Behavior

Henry:  Mommy, Thomas just broke my pirate hat and took my sword!
Me:  Thomas, that wasn't nice.  We don't do that.
Thomas:  Sorry, but I was just a pirate!

The boy does have a point.  Who's ever heard of a pirate who's nice to his brother?  I guess once he gets in character...
