Eye on the Prize

Tonight we had the school Christmas party.  It's an amazing event with wonderful music, food, friends, gifts for the kids, and a visit with Santa.  The actual professional photo will come in the mail in a couple of weeks, but Micah snapped a quick picture on his cell phone.  I think this shot epitomizes my little family: Thomas grinning, turning on the charm; Henry with his I'm-smoother-than-I-look smirk; and Cora, well...  she only had eyes (and hands!) for the candy beside her.

Somehow our yearly Santa pictures seem to capture my kids better than any other snapshot.  He must bring out their real personality...
