MacGyver'ed Style
Henry and I ran some errands together after school today. As we drove, I gave him the run-down of what we needed to get.
Me: I need a belt to go with my black dress.
Henry: Well, you could tie a scarf around your waist.
Me: Believe me, I've thought about that. But I think for this dress I need a belt with a buckle.
Henry: How about a seatbelt buckle? You could add it to the scarf. We could MacGyver it.
Me: Henry, sometimes MacGyver fixes the problem. And sometimes it looks like MacGyver fixed the problem...
He actually did go on to pick out a pretty belt for me, and insisted I get earrings and a bracelet to match. Nothing like hitting the thrift stores with my personal stylist...
